At the moment we only accept payments by:

  • Cryptocurrency: (20% DISCOUNT) USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin, XRP and Solana.
  • Bank transfer: (BACS/Faster Payments) Bank details are provided at checkout
 
Orders are processed once payments are cleared.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received (processed during standard business hours).
 
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically delivers within 1 to 3 business days across the UK.
 
As soon as your order has been despatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
 

If you have not received a payment link or confirmation email after placing an order:

  • Check SPAM/Junk folder of your email.
  • Check the email address you entered at checkout.

If it has still not arrived please contact us through our website and we will gladly assist you.

Yes, as long as the order has not been despatched. You can send an email with your order reference and what you need changing.

If order has been despatched, we cannot amend it.

There is no minimum order quantity. Although you get free delivery with orders over £40.

Any item you see on the site is in stock and is updated in real time. In some rare cases we discover a stock error.

We will contact you immediately to work out a solution.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 : We aim for next working day fully tracked. Typically takes 1-3 business days to be delivered.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm with compensation cover.

All shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Tracking number will be sent by email once orders have been despatched.

Once your order is on its way, standard delivery typically takes between 1 and 3 business days.

All orders are sent from our UK Warehouse and  packaged to protect the contents of the freeze-dried peptide.

Vials are separately wrapped to prevent movement and breakage during transit.

Orders are discreetly packaged with no product description visible externally by default.

We always ship without signature, unless you request for a signed package. In some cases the postal/courier can ask for a signature.

Tracking number can take up to 2 business days to be available online.

Returns & Missing Parcels

Due to the sensitive nature of our products to ensure product quality and customer safety. We are unable to accept returns on opened, reconstituted or otherwise used product.

However if you need help, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will gladly assist you to workout a fair and reasonable solution.

If a refund has been agreed, the money will be returned back to the payment card that was originally used to place the order.

COA Reports

When you see 100% purity on our Certificate of Analysis (COA), it means that the active peptide itself is completely free of any chemical impurities or manufacturing byproducts.
 
In every vial, we intentionally include harmless fillers (like mannitol) to protect the delicate peptide during the freeze-drying process and give it stable structure.
 
During laboratory testing, the equipment is specifically calibrated to isolate and measure only the active ingredient.
 
Because our manufacturing process adheres to the highest quality standards, the lab detected absolutely zero degraded peptides or active-related impurities, resulting in a perfect 100% active purity score.
 
This rating confirms the flawless quality of the medicine itself, independently of the necessary fillers inside the vial.
 
Purity and Content measure two entirely different things: quality versus quantity.
 
  • Purity (%) measures the clean composition of the peptide molecule itself.
  • Content (mg) measures the actual, total weight of that pure active ingredient isolated inside the vial.

 

When a report shows an active content mass of 9.86mg, it confirms that you are receiving exactly that amount of pure active medicine, completely separate from the weight of the protective fillers holding the powder structure together.

Our analytical laboratories utilize incredibly strict, pharmaceutical-grade baseline cutoffs to ensure total transparency.
For instance, a lab’s internal Acceptance Criteria might require a target threshold of >99% for purity and >9.9mg for content (for a standard 10mg vial).
 
If a premium batch registers at 98.58% purity and 9.86mg content, it remains an exceptionally high-quality, highly potent product.
 
The minor variance represents negligible microscopic fluctuations—such as an active mass difference of 0.04mg—which fall just a hairline fraction below the laboratory’s ultra-strict internal ideal targets but do not impact the core efficacy of the compound.
